Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and safety to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and assist with fleet optimization projects.
• Train drivers and staff on internal systems and procedures.
• Analyze fleet operations and present KPI reports and financial analyses.
