The role requires coordinating loads, routes, and compliance with DOT regulations while managing payroll, driver coaching, and equipment maintenance. The position covers day, night, and weekend shifts with on-call responsibilities, and emphasizes safety culture, KPI tracking, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with drivers and customers.
• Experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement in fleet operations.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and present findings to customers.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and safety teams to reduce turnover and improve productivity.
• Cover for absent personnel and support projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Train and orient drivers and staff, including system training for internal and client systems.
• Analyze fleet operations and profitability; define KPIs and prepare customer-specific reports and financial analyses.
