Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2-3 years of experience in transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, and/or equivalent military experience.
• AND/OR Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences: communications, relationships, customer service, information processing, analytical thinking, and Microsoft Programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and safety to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel on special projects related to optimizing fleet operations and profitability.
• Train and orient drivers and employees, including with internal and third-party systems.
• Analyze fleet operations and profitability; present reporting and financial analysis to customers.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment.
