Candidates should hold a California PE license, have a BS in Civil Engineering, and possess 7+ years of construction contract management experience on road/bridge projects. Strong leadership and team-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering is required.
• California registered Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Minimum 7 years of construction contract management experience on roadway/bridge projects.
• Ability to effectively manage people and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner's representative on bridge, roadway and civil construction projects.
• Ensure projects are built in accordance with contract documents.
• Oversee QA/QC and contract administration.
• Manage staff and project profitability; maintain scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare and review project documentation for conformity and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and field teams; resolve issues from inspection processes.
