BKF Engineers is seeking an experienced civil construction professional to serve as the Owner's representative on bridge, roadway, and related civil projects. You will ensure construction aligns with contract documents and QA/QC standards while leading staff and interfacing with clients.

Required qualifications include a California PE, a BS in Civil Engineering, and 8+ years in construction contract management on roadway or bridge work. Knowledge of CALTRANS processes is highly valued.

Qualificações

• BS in Civil Engineering is required.
• California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• 8+ years of construction contract management experience on road/bridge projects.
• Working knowledge of CALTRANS/local agency projects and contract administration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Owner's rep on bridge, roadway, and civil construction projects.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents and QA/QC procedures.
• Lead project teams, manage staff, and control budgets and schedules.
• Review change orders, submittals, testing, and surveying activities.
• Prepare project documentation for approvals by agencies and clients.
• Provide guidance on technical construction practices and risk management.
