Job summary

You will interface with employees at all levels and drive change through Lean tools, value stream mapping and Kaizen events. The role requires 5+ years in transportation or supply chain, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field is required.
• 5+ years in Transportation or Supply Chain industry experience is required.
• Experience in Transportation Management, Dedicated, FTL, LTL is required.
• Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Access, Excel & PowerPoint; Visio expert.
• Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and SQL/DAX knowledge is preferred.
• Lean methods and supply chain certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis; maps processes and identifies gaps.
• Manages CI projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develops and applies Lean tools and engineering methodologies; coaches staff.
• Facilitates Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events; ensures sustainment of results.
• Reports progress and recommends supply chain strategies to management.
