Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in transportation or supply chain.
• Strong data analytics and Lean/CI tool knowledge.
• Experience with slotting, labor planning, and process mapping.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Ability to lead CI projects from start to sustained results.

Responsibilities

• Collects data, performs statistical analysis, and maps processes.
• Owns CI projects and supports go-live and certifications.
• Drives lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Facilitates Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events across operations.
• Reports progress and makes strategic supply chain recommendations.
