Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to apply data-driven CI, engineering, and automation efforts across operations. You will identify change opportunities and drive value for customers by improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years in Transportation or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Transportation Management, Dedicated, FTL, LTL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Data visualization with Power BI/Tableau; SQL/DAX knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean methods and CI tools.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis; documents processes and drives CI plans.
• Manages CI projects and supports go-live and certifications.
• Coaches teams in CI/Lean principles and applies PDCA, VSM, Kaizen.
• Provides regular progress reports and supports cross-functional initiatives.
