Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in transportation or supply chain industries.
• Experience in transportation management networks (FTL/LTL).
• Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Data visualization with Power BI or Tableau; SQL knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collects data, analyzes trends, and maps processes to drive CI initiatives.
• Lead CI projects end-to-end; support go-live and certification activities.
• Coach teams in lean techniques and value stream mapping for operational excellence.
• Provide regular progress reports and influence supply chain strategy.
