Required: transportation experience, Power BI dashboards, and Excel proficiency; Appian Direct Route experience is preferred. Travel may be occasional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in Transportation or Supply Chain industry.
• Transportation experience (Transportation Management, Dedicated, FTL, LTL).
• Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Access, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio. Expert.
• Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and database programming (SQL, DAX) Intermediate, Preferred.
• Lean methods and CI tools: PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis. Maps and documents processes; identifies gaps and drives CI improvements.
• Manages CI projects and go-live certifications; supports automation initiatives.
• Develops and applies Lean tools to improve transportation operations and flow.
• Facilitates Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events; coaches on lean methods.
• Provides regular progress reports and contributes to site objectives.
