Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Transportation or Supply Chain industry.
• Knowledge of Transportation Management, Dedicated, FTL/LTL.
• Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Access, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio; strong data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis; maps and documents processes; identifies gaps and drives CI initiatives to deliver value.
• Manages CI and engineering projects; supports go-live and steady-state certifications; identifiesAutomation opportunities; interacts with operations management.
• Develops and demonstrates competency in Lean tools and CI methods; coaches teams on Lean principles and PDCA; applies slotting, labor standards, and flow optimization.
