Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an organized office-based team member to support transportation and logistics functions, handling payroll and billing processes.

You will partner with accounting, dispatch, and operations to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payroll entries for company drivers, and effective vendor payment workflows.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong data entry, and collaboration across internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately process payroll and invoice data.
• Demonstrated administrative and data entry skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SEFA accounting team with billing, payroll and vendor payables.
• Process and audit daily billing and ensure timely payroll entries for drivers.
• Review and process invoices from outside carriers.
• Collaborate with dispatch, operations and accounting to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
• Maintain transportation records and assist with reporting, audits and admin tasks.
