The role requires compliance with I-9 and E-Verify, confidentiality, and strong collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate will handle confidential information professionally, guide supervisors on payroll matters, and deliver excellent service to employees and managers

Qualifications

• Knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, and compliance processes.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally and discreetly.
• Experience guiding supervisors and employees on payroll-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and manage employee timekeeping data to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Maintain employee records and process personnel changes with data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support I-9 and E-Verify activities to ensure compliance with employment requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors and operations to resolve payroll issues and improve process consistency.
• Respond to employee and manager payroll inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
