Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an organized office-based professional to support transportation and logistics functions. You will assist with daily billing processing and auditing, and help with load payroll entries for company drivers while reviewing invoices from external carriers.

You will partner with dispatch, operations, and accounting to resolve discrepancies and maintain transportation records.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process payroll and invoice data.
• Demonstrated administrative and data entry skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit daily billing.
• Assist with load payroll entries for company drivers.
• Review and process invoices from outside carriers.
• Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain transportation records and assist with reporting, audits, and administrative tasks.
