Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field with leadership in large projects.
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams and client relationships.
• Active participation in HDR's employee-owned culture and matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Delivery Program Director and lead Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive project approvals in compliance with HDR policy and risk committees.
• Coordinate with HDR leadership and regional leads on contractor relationships and terms.
• Negotiate contract terms with HDR Legal and risk inputs for AD projects.
• Foster HDR visibility in AD markets and participate in industry organizations.
• Travel up to 50% of the time; serve as Principal-in-Charge for selected projects.
