• Drive approvals in compliance with HDR policies and authorities.
• Collaborate with HDR groups on policy, resources, and contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms with HDR Legal and Risk input.
• Coordinate with Transportation leadership on upcoming projects.
• Lead HDR matrix collaboration across areas and regions.
