Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks an experienced Alternative Delivery Director to lead the pursuit and delivery of large-scale transportation projects. You will collaborate with policy, risk, and legal teams to drive approvals and contract terms, guiding HDR’s AD strategy across regions and market sectors.

Responsibilities

Report directly to the Project Delivery Program Director and oversee the pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
Drive the Alternative Delivery project approvals in HDR Policy and Procedure and related governance bodies.
Collaborate with HDR Legal, Risk, and other groups to establish contract terms and negotiate.
Coordinate with Transportation Business Group leadership and Regional Leads on client discussions and contractor relationships.
Foster HDR matrix collaboration across Areas, Regions, and Market Sectors to optimize contractor relationships.
Engage with industry groups to elevate HDR visibility in the AD markets and pursue continuous improvement.
