CareDx is seeking a Transplant Account Manager to drive adoption and growth of our transplant diagnostics portfolio across heart and lung programs. You will coordinate with SAM, MSLs, and clinical teams to develop account plans and execute growth strategies, traveling regularly to customers and leading cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare sales or strategic accounts, strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to navigate a matrixed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience selling into hospitals, hospital/health systems, and enterprise-level accounts.
• Track record of developing effective account strategies in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong written and oral communication & organizational skills.
• Willing to travel up to 75%, including day trips, overnight travel, and some weekend conferences.
• Willing to be in the field and customer facing a minimum of 4 days per week.
• Proficient with Salesforce.com and PowerBI.
• Clinical or sales experiences in Transplant, Cardiology, Respiratory, Pulmonology, Molecular Diagnostics and Lab.
• Deep clinical knowledge of transplantation is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Account Management to upsell and cross-sell CareDx products.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge and clinical proficiency.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and stakeholder networks.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; report to regional leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
