Job summary

CareDx is a leader in precision medicine diagnostics focused on transplant, oncology, and cell therapy. The Transplant Account Manager will drive adoption and growth of our transplant diagnostics portfolio, focusing on heart and lung programs and collaborating with SAM, clinical liaisons, and MSLs to execute account plans.

The role requires deep clinical knowledge of transplantation, strong communication, and the ability to manage a multi-stakeholder sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management in healthcare.
• Experience selling into hospitals, hospital/health systems, or enterprise accounts.
• Track record of developing effective account strategies in a matrixed organization.
• Strong written and oral communication & organizational skills.
• Willing to travel up to 75%, including day trips, overnight travel, and some weekends.
• Field-based role for at least 4 days per week.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com and PowerBI.
• Clinical or sales experience in Transplant, Cardiology, Respiratory, Pulmonology, Molecular Diagnostics and Lab.
• Deep clinical knowledge of transplantation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: Understand account needs and upsell/cross-sell CareDx products and services.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term account strategies to drive growth.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain clinical and technical proficiency with CareDx offerings.
• Building Relationships: Identify stakeholders and collect feedback to drive satisfaction.
• Managing the Sales Pipeline: Forecast, track progress, and report results to leadership.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Operations to address customer needs.
