Job summary
CareDx is a leading precision medicine diagnostics company advancing care in transplant, oncology, and cell therapy. The Transplant Account Manager (TAM) drives adoption and growth of the transplant diagnostics portfolio, focusing on heart and lung programs in transplant centers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in healthcare
- Experience selling into hospitals or enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder engagement
- Track record of developing account strategies in a matrixed organization
- Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills
- Willing to travel up to 75% including day trips and overnight travel
- Field and customer facing 4 days per week
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com and analytical tools like PowerBI
- Clinical or sales experiences in Transplant or related areas
- Deep clinical knowledge of transplantation is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of account needs and tailor solutions within the CareDx portfolio
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth
- Demonstrate product knowledge and clinical proficiency to support customers
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influencers; solicit feedback
- Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; report performance metrics to leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and create solutions
