Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Transplant Account Manager to drive adoption and growth of the transplant diagnostics portfolio, focusing on heart and lung programs within transplant centers.

You will coordinate with SAM, MSLs and regional leaders to develop account strategies and execute plans that expand CareDx footprint. The role requires at least 10 years in healthcare sales or strategic account management, a strong clinical aptitude, field readiness, and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years sales or strategic account management experience in healthcare.
• Experience selling into hospitals, hospital/health systems, and enterprise-level accounts, navigating multiple levels of stakeholders and departments.
• Track record of developing effective account strategies that maximize business outcomes in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong written and oral communication & organizational skills.
• Must be willing to travel up to 75%, including frequent day trips, overnight travel, and some weekend conferences.
• Willing to be in the field and customer facing a minimum of 4 days per week.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com and analytical tools like PowerBI.
• Clinical or sales experiences in Transplant, Cardiology, Respiratory, Pulmonology, Molecular Diagnostics and Lab.
• Deep clinical knowledge of transplantation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account management to upsell and cross-sell CareDx products, solutions or services.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Possess an understanding of therapeutic area and supportive clinical studies.
• Identify key customer stakeholders and influencers, building strong relationships while gathering feedback on needs and features.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline and growth strategies; report ROI and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
