Job summary

CareDx is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Transplant Account Manager for the New England region. The role focuses on driving adoption of transplant diagnostics with heart and lung programs, coordinating with SAM, MSL, and clinical teams to develop growth strategies.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in healthcare sales or strategic account management, deep transplantation knowledge, and strong communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 75% and be in the field 4 days/week is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience selling into hospitals, hospital/health systems, and/or enterprise-level accounts.
• Track record of developing effective account strategies in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication & organizational skills.
• Willing to travel up to 75%, including frequent day trips, overnight travel, and some weekend conferences.
• Field-based, customer facing a minimum of 4 days per week.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com and analytical tools like PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored solutions to meet account needs and upsell relevant CareDx products.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and market share in New England.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline and provide regional leadership with performance insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs with creative solutions.
• Represent CareDx in field and customer-facing roles across hospitals and health systems.
