Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is a leader in precision medicine solutions for transplant patients. The Lung Transplant Account Manager (TAM) drives adoption and revenue growth of the transplant diagnostics portfolio by engaging transplant centers and nephrology accounts.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in healthcare sales or strategic account management, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach. Travel 50–75%+ is required; remote US-based roles are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
10+ years of sales or strategic account management in healthcare.
Experience selling to hospitals, health systems, or enterprise accounts.
Track record of effective account strategies driving business outcomes.
Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel 50–75%+ including day trips and overnight.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth of CareDx transplant diagnostics portfolio.
Coordinate with SAM, MSLs, and RD to execute growth strategies across accounts.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage customer expectations.
Forecast and manage sales pipeline; report performance metrics to leadership.
Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations to address customer needs.
