Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PE licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in power transmission project execution and design.
• Proficiency with PLS-CADD and standard design software.
• Ability to supervise junior engineers and coordinate QC reviews.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to develop design options for transmission projects.
• Perform PLS-CADD modeling and calculations.
• Assist with cost estimates or specifications and perform routine tasks.
• Participate in field reviews or construction observations.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate quality control across teams.
