Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish Power Delivery relationships with key clients and oversee project execution.
• Supervise and grow local transmission team; manage workload and performance.
• Collaborate with substation teams and balance staffing.
• Coordinate with marketing and leadership for business development.
• Ensure HDR QMS requirements are implemented.
• Support marketing and proposal development for new opportunities.
• Travel for business development and execution as needed.
