HDR Engineering in Minnesota seeks a Transmission Project Engineer to join our Power Delivery team in Saint Louis Park and Madison. You will lead design options, perform PLS-CADD modeling, and provide guidance to junior engineers while coordinating quality control reviews to ensure project success.
The role emphasizes strong engineering fundamentals, collaboration across disciplines, and a commitment to ownership culture. A PE license and power sector experience are preferred.
HDR Engineering is looking for a Transmission Project Engineer to join our growing and nationally ranked team of Power Delivery professionals in Madison, WI and Saint Louis Park, MN office.
The primary duties of the Transmission Project Engineer include responsibility for knowledge and execution of the technical aspects and deliverables of projects assigned and is an experienced, competent engineer who generally understands and can complete all technical requirements of transmission line projects of basic to moderate complexity. Assigns tasks and provides guidance to junior team members and coordinates QC reviews for work performed by junior level engineers and/or designers. The Project Engineer will also be responsible for quality control reviews of projects from other teams on an as needed basis. The Project Engineer works independently and may direct, mentor, train, and/or supervise efforts of less-experienced EIT's and/or Designers.

The salary range in Minnesota is $85,6260.00 - $121,800.00.
