HDR Engineering seeks a Transmission Project Engineer to join our power delivery team in our Madison, WI and Saint Louis Park, MN offices. You will lead design options, perform PLS-CADD modeling, and guide junior staff through project execution while maintaining high quality standards.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and a PE license, with preference for experience in the Power Market Sector and use of design software such as PLS CAD, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, AutoPipe, and Revit.

HDR Engineering is looking for a Transmission Project Engineer to join our growing and nationally ranked team of Power Delivery professionals in our Madison, WI and Saint Louis Park, MN office.
The primary duties of the Transmission Project Engineer include responsibility for knowledge and execution of the technical aspects and deliverables of projects assigned and is an experienced, competent engineer who generally understands and can complete all technical requirements of transmission line projects of basic to moderate complexity. Assigns tasks and provides guidance to junior team members and coordinates QC reviews for work performed by junior level engineers and/or designers. The Project Engineer will also be responsible for quality control reviews of projects from other teams on an as needed basis. The Project Engineer works independently and may direct, mentor, train, and/or supervise efforts of less-experienced EIT's and/or Designers.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
