HDR is seeking a Transmission Line Project Manager to join a growing Power Delivery team. This role involves managing transmission-line projects of varying sizes, coordinating with design teams, and delivering on scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong project management experience and ability to lead teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with design teams and stakeholders.
• Active participation in an employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage Transmission Line projects across all life-cycle stages.
• Direct, mentor, and supervise Project Engineers, EITs, and designers.
• Oversee workload, schedule, quality, utilization, morale and performance.
• Oversee public engagement, permitting, right of way, and construction management.
• Lead QA/QC processes per HDR’s QMS to exceed client expectations.
• Support client management and regional business development.
• Coordinate with leadership to hire and grow project teams.
• Collaborate across offices and contribute to marketing and proposals.
