Job summary

HDR Engineering is seeking a Transmission Line Project Manager to join our Power Delivery team. The role includes managing transmission line projects of varying sizes, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for domestic and potentially international projects.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and collaboration across offices, with preferred qualifications in civil/mechanical engineering, PE/FE licensure, and at least two years of PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission line projects from scope through closeout.
• Direct engineers, EITs, coordinators and designers.
• Oversee schedule, budget, quality, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies on public involvement and permitting.
• Support marketing and proposal development for opportunities.
• Collaborate with multiple offices to deliver projects.
