Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transmission Line Project Manager to join a growing team of Power Delivery professionals. The role entails managing transmission line projects of various sizes, coordinating with design teams, and leading diverse staff across multiple offices.

Responsibilities include scope development, scheduling, budgeting, QA/QC, and client engagement. Preferred candidates hold a civil/mechanical engineering degree with FE/PE or PMP credentials and at least 2 years of project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• FE, PE license preferred, PMP in lieu of PE.

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading projects and programs throughout the entire life cycle.
• Mentoring and supervising Project Engineers and design staff as needed.
• Overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC per HDR processes.
• Engaging in public involvement, permitting, and construction management aspects where applicable.
• Representing HDR in marketing and proposal activities for new opportunities.
