Job summary

Michels Pacific Energy, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to oversee transmission and distribution projects, including larger programs or multiple smaller ones around $500k.

You’ll drive project success from bid through completion, with emphasis on safety and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in T&D or EPC projects, with proficiency in MS Office and PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with Transmission and Distribution projects is desired.
• Experience with EPC projects is desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.).
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles with may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a larger transmission and distribution project or multiple smaller projects (~$500k each).
• Be responsible for all aspects of a project’s success from proposal/bidding to profitable completion.
• Maintain safety performance as a primary focus.
• Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
