Job summary

Michels Pacific Energy, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, complex projects and mentor staff across project phases. You will ensure safety performance, manage budgets, and drive client satisfaction from proposal through close-out.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management for energy construction, EPC experience, and proficiency with Primavera or MS Project. Travel and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM, CM, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with transmission and distribution projects.
• Experience with EPC projects.
• Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, Project).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP and PE certifications desired.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of large complex projects.
• Direct supervisory responsibilities for Associate PMs and PMs.
• Review project scope, plan, and resource requirements to meet timelines and budgets.
• Build and sustain client and subcontractor relationships.
• Hold productive meetings and present to groups; solve problems.
• Oversee contract management from bid to close-out.
