Job summary

Michels Pacific Energy, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead segments of large transmission and distribution projects or several smaller initiatives around $500k each.

You’ll guide the project from proposal through to profitable delivery, with a strong emphasis on safety and client satisfaction. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination among engineering, procurement, and field teams, ensuring compliance and quality while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of related project management experience.
• Experience with Transmission and Distribution projects is desired.
• Experience with EPC projects is desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Primavera, HCSS).
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a larger transmission and distribution project or multiple smaller projects (≈$500k each).
• Oversee proposals and bidding processes to meet client expectations.
• Ensure profitable project completion with a strong emphasis on safety performance.
• Coordinate with clients, engineering, and field teams to deliver on schedule and budget.
