Job summary

Michels Pacific Energy, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead transmission and distribution initiatives, from bidding to profitable completion with a strong emphasis on safety.

You’ll manage projects around $500k or more, coordinating teams and ensuring client satisfaction in a dynamic energy infrastructure setting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience, with travel as needed and a base salary range of $110,000–$155,000 per year, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Transmission and Distribution projects is desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (Primavera, HCSS).

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of larger transmission and distribution projects or multiple smaller projects around $500k or less.
• Be responsible for all aspects from proposal/bidding through profitable completion with a focus on safety.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to meet or exceed expectations.
