WeGo Public Transit in Nashville, TN seeks a Customer Care Representative - Ticket Sales to handle public inquiries by phone, sell fare media at the information booth, mail schedules, and process requests. The role emphasizes accurate information and courteous service.

You will use Trapeze INFO Agent, Google Maps, and Transit Master to provide fixed-route details; input customer comments in Trapeze COM; and collaborate with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with the public preferred.
• Telephone operator experience with strong voice quality is a plus.
• Ability to learn Davidson County and MTA service information quickly.

Responsabilités

• Answer public inquiries by phone, process complaints, and mail schedules and materials.
• Sell fare media at the Customer Information Booth and reconcile daily sales.
• Provide accurate information on transit services and routes using mapping tools.
• Input customer comments into the system and assist with Lost and Found items.
