WeGo Public Transit in Nashville, TN is seeking a Scheduling and Service Planning Coordinator to assist with service planning and schedule development for MTA/RTA service, biannual changes, and related operations.

The role requires data analysis skills, experience with Trapeze scheduling software, and the ability to coordinate across departments, train staff, and ensure timely updates to schedules and driver information.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in transit operations or scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, urban planning, operations management, transportation or related field.
• Experience with data analysis and scheduling software is required.
• Knowledge of fixed-route and paratransit operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyze data to optimize routing and scheduling.
• Prepare schedule data for routes, stops, and communications.
• Produce driver run guides and headways.
• Assist with biannual operator bids and annual operator vacations.
• Coordinate with Operations to implement services and monitor performance.
• Evaluate ridership data using APC tools and reporting.
