Responsibilities

• Plan daily manpower and assign bus and van service.
• Maintain records of operator attendance and schedules.
• Monitor and coordinate Access Ride and fixed route operations.
• Use CAD/AVL software and Trapeze Workstation to schedule and update routes.
• Communicate with dispatch lead and operations supervisors.
• Verify pay times and manage overtime boards.
• Distribute schedules, manifests, maps, and other documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
