Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors while carrying out security procedures and appropriate emergency responses at a public transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, and access points.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, medical situations, and other events in a calm, professional manner per established protocols.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, documenting incidents and observations in reports.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by giving directions and reporting policy violations.
