Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Unarmed Patrol Tour) in Columbus, OH. You will patrol facilities, deter security incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding the company’s integrity and people-first culture.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required under all federal, state, and local laws.

Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers at a logistics and distribution location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking areas, access points, trailers, and perimeter.
Monitor entry/exit activity for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and document observations.
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and security documentation in a timely manner.
