Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to transit riders, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of transit facilities and perimeters to identify and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, contacting emergency services as needed.
• Monitor and direct passengers and visitors at access points and public areas; relay site rules and procedures.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately in reporting systems.
