Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, tenants, and personnel while following site procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of airport facilities, terminals, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to report security concerns.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and incidents.
