Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Visitor Coordination in Columbus, OH. You will patrol, deter incidents, and support access control while delivering excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor entry requirements, and report concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communications per site requirements.
