Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Badge Validation in Columbus, OH. You will monitor and safeguard clients across government locations, perform patrols, manage access control, and deliver courteous service using computers or tablets.

Qualifications

Access control and badge experience preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and stakeholders by following security procedures and location policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals and public spaces to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns.
Prepare incident reports and communicate observations to leadership and site representatives.
