Job summary

Keolis America, Inc. is seeking a qualified Supervisor to oversee bus operations and ensure safety compliance across street routes. The role supports dispatch, maintenance, and field staff while maintaining passenger service standards.

The successful candidate will manage operator performance, communicate across departments, and adapt to flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, in a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CDL with endorsements for operating vehicles.
• Minimum 2 years of bus operations experience.
• At least 2 years of full-time operator experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and data/communications.
• Knowledge of State and Federal safety regulations and programs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to communicate with all departments.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispatch and maintenance staff with vehicle changes in the field.
• Assist operators with service or passenger problems.
• Conduct site checks and road observations per policy.
• Monitor street operations for on-time performance and schedule adherence.
• Provide safety feedback to safety and operations teams.
• Follow company safety and procedures.
