CDL with air brake endorsements and 2+ years of bus operations experience are required. The position supports a safety‑minded team, emphasizes customer service, and requires strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license (CDL, with air brake endorsements) for a minimum of 2 years prior to application date.
• At least 2 years of bus operations experience required.
• At minimum 2 years of experience as a full-time operator.
• Knowledge of project specific vehicles, components and data/communications systems.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations and corporate safety programs.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of vehicle operators on the street.
• Manage flexible shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ensure operators are fit for duty and properly licensed.
• Monitor service operations and adherence to schedules.
• Provide feedback on safety and operational items for daily procedures.
