Job summary

Keolis Commuter Services is seeking a frontline operations supervisor in California to manage a team of 30–50 drivers, ensuring safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and adherence to transit regulations.

The candidate will oversee safety governance, coach drivers, and coordinate with unions while driving continuous improvement in KPIs and service delivery in alignment with the contract and location plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Must currently hold or obtain a Class B CDL with P endorsement.
• Knowledge of transit operations and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead driver group safety performance and governance.
• Manage a team of 30–50 drivers and address absenteeism.
• Review event video and supervise driver performance in the field.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and deliver driver scorecards.
• Foster a customer-focused culture and respond to customer comments.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and retain qualified drivers per contract.
