Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise drivers, ensure reliable bus routes, and communicate with clients on a daily basis. The role involves hiring and training drivers, analyzing ridership data, and supporting policy development.

Onsite work is required, with collaboration across client teams and WeDriveU staff. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operations, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Management.
• Knowledge of DOT policies and procedures is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily supervision of drivers and implement SOPs.
• Ensure bus routes operate reliably to meet client needs.
• Make staffing and coverage decisions and communicate with drivers and client management.
• Hire, train, and develop new drivers.
• Analyze ridership and advise on route changes as needed.
• Support development of company policies and procedures.
• Assist the General Manager as needed.
• Additional duties may apply.
