Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee driver activities and SOP implementation at client sites. The role reports to the General Manager and requires onsite work with the client and vendors. You will supervise drivers, manage routes, analyze ridership, and contribute to policy development.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in paratransit operations management, a CDL with endorsements, and experience with Trapeze software, along with strong Excel and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managerial experience in Paratransit Transportation Operations Management.
• Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements.
• Trapeze Software Experience.
• Ability to supervise drivers and implement SOPs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of all drivers and oversee SOP implementation.
• Provide staff leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure transit routes are consistently servicing client needs.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate with drivers and client management.
• Hire, interview, train and develop new drivers.
• Analyze ridership data and suggest route changes.
• Support development of company policy and procedures.
• Assist the General Manager as needed.
