Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Road Supervisor to coordinate field operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain on-time performance across the shuttle fleet. You will mentor operators, handle escalations, and generate regular reports under the direction of the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations management with transit exposure, a CDL with Passenger Endorsement, and open availability for a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management with 3 years in transit preferred.
• Open availability – flexible schedule.
• CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of operators to ensure compliance with operational requirements for safe bus operations including compliance with corporate safety training processes and practices
• Provides support, advice and guidance to operators in responding to issues (e.g. customer complaints, bus and/or worker safety, time-off requests) and determines appropriate action
• Ensures a positive work environment for operators by coaching, mentoring and training to promote high motivation and alignment with company values and customer service excellence
• Monitors on-time performance
• Prepares and submits required reports in a timely manner
• Supervises compliance with Company policies and/or processes; discusses breech of policy with Operations Manager
• Collects and audits employee DVIs
• Evaluates performance of direct-report personnel and administers discipline as necessary
