Job summary

WeDriveU, a leader in shared mobility solutions, is seeking a Road Supervisor to support field operations and ensure efficient service. The role reports to the General Manager and acts as a liaison between field operations and management to optimize daily performance.

The ideal candidate will have a CDL with Passenger Endorsement, open availability, and 5+ years in operations management, preferably in transit.

Qualifications

• CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.
• Open availability – flexible schedule.
• 5+ years in Operations Management, transit preferred; college may substitute.
• Knowledge of DMV policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operator activities to ensure safety and compliance.
• Provides guidance to operators on issues including safety and customer concerns.
• Coaches and mentors staff to promote motivation and service excellence.
• Monitors on-time performance and overall service quality.
• Prepares and submits required reports timely.
• Ensures policy compliance and addresses breaches with the Operations Manager.
• Collects and audits DVIs.
• Evaluates performance and administers disciplinary actions when needed.
